Switch and Coates Hire won the ‘Most Sophisticated Implementation’ Ultimate Experience Award category for its work in deploying Sitecore’s digital experience software which resulted in Coates Hire, creating a seamless customer experience with complete B2B and B2C functionality. The swift move to implement digital transactions has improved hire services and functionality, while enabling Coates Hire to lower costs, expand its customer base and deliver a better return on investment to the business.

Coates Hire, part of Seven Group Holdings, is the country’s largest equipment hire provider with a national footprint of more than 150 branches offering customers more than one million pieces of equipment. It first implemented Sitecore five years ago as a customer portal to help with equipment management on project sites.
